About Role

We are looking for a driven Inside Sales / Lead Gen Executive to fuel the growth of FalconETMS, our enterprise

employee transport management SaaS platform. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, and

qualifying prospects across MNC and GCC accounts in India, building a strong pipeline for the sales team and

supporting closure of enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and online research.
Identify and reach out to Facility/Admin Heads, Transport Managers, and Procurement/Sourcing Leads at target enterprises.
Build, maintain, and continuously enrich a database of prospects and key decision-makers.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria and schedule demos for the sales team.
Run consistent follow-up cadences to nurture prospects through the funnel.
Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and conversion data in the CRM.
Support sales and marketing campaigns, events, and account-based outreach.
Track competitor activity and share market intelligence with the team.
Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and meetings booked.

Requirements

3–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or cold calling in SaaS.
Proven track record of meeting lead generation and pipeline targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Prior experience selling or generating leads for SaaS / enterprise solutions is required.
Strong cold calling, prospecting, and objection-handling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and LinkedIn / prospecting platforms.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to deadlines.
Experience in the employee transport industry is an added advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or Lusha is a plus.
